The Geneva Indoors start in less than a week!

We have been waiting a very long time for the restart!! As of next Saturday, after almost 2 years of absence, the tchoukball players will finally again be able to participate to the tournaments of the Tchoukball Geneva Indoors!

In the midst of all the difficulties related to the current very special sanitary situation, that we have to manage, there is at least one certainty, of which we like to remind everybody with pleasure: all the young tchoukball players are really looking forward to reinvesting the playing fields of the Geneva Indoors. We have never had so many teams registered as this year! This year beats all records in terms of registrations! Our technical and logistical teams are doing an amzing work to prepare 16 playing fields, on which we’ll be able to play simultaneously during some tournaments.

Below you’ll find the program of this years’ tournaments:

Saturday 10th: Junior tournaments M8, M10 and M12
Sunday 11th: Junior tournaments M14, M16 and M18
Tuesday 14th: School tournaments 5P and 6P
Wednesday 15th: School tournament 7P and 8P
Thursday 16th:Nations Cup - opening games
Friday 17th: Nations Cup - qualification games
Satuday 18th: Open tournament & Nation Cup finals
Sunday 19th: Champions Cup

We’ll experience wonderful emotions during these few days, when the entire sports centre is transformed for the occasion in a tchoukball temple. We are looking forward to welcoming you and share with you the passion of tchoukball. The public is welcome to join the Queue d’Arve sports centre. The access is of course only allowed with a valid covid certificate and by respecting the sanitary measures you’ll find below.

Covid Information

Strict sanitary rules, so that the tournament takes place in good conditions

As you are fully aware, the situation related to covid is constantly changing. The organisation committee and the “Covid task force” of the Geneva Indoors are of course closely monitoring the evolution so that the rules and the logistics are in place so that all participants can take part in the event in good sanitary conditions.

You’ll find on our website detailed information about the sanitary measures which will apply at the event. Before coming we encourage you to check this page so that you are aware of the most up to date information.

In addition to these legal requirements, which we all must follow, we encourage teens under 16, who are not yet vaccinated, to take a test before joining us at the Queue d’Arve sports centre. This is not an absolute rule, but we consider it appropriate to strengthen our sanitary measures, which are already in place – especially that testing for people under 16 is free of charge in Switzerland. The best tchoukball infrastructure in the world!

Since November 29th, our logistics team is already working ever day from early till late in order to install the amazing logistics of the Tchoukball Geneva Indoors. Until yesterday they have already spent 243 hours at work!!

Every day the Queue d’Arve sports centre is transforming in order to welcome the public and the players in the best tchoukball infrastructure in the world!

The creation and installation of our main field, “the Brandt Arena” is coming along in an impressive way. You’ll find the evolution on our social media channels under #BrandtArena.
